What is staffing agency software?
Software that runs the operational side of a staffing business: recruiting and onboarding workers, keeping their compliance current, matching them to shifts or assignments, capturing timesheets, calculating pay and bill, and invoicing clients. Recruitment software (an ATS) usually covers the first part of that. Staffing software covers the rest.
What is the difference between an ATS and staffing software?
An ATS manages candidates up to the point of placement. Staffing software manages the worker after it: shifts, compliance that expires, timesheets, pay and bill and invoices. Isimio does both, so a temp agency can run the whole cycle in one system.
Do we need to buy Salesforce separately?
No. Isimio includes everything you need. We provision the Salesforce environment as part of your setup, so there is one bill and one team to call.
How long does it take to get started?
A baseline version of Isimio can be up and running within a day. With customisation, most teams are live within 4 to 8 weeks, depending on scale and complexity. Integrating into an existing Salesforce org, particularly one with an ATS already embedded, usually takes longer.
