Isimio vs Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud
Both run on Salesforce. Bullhorn sells Recruitment Cloud as a set of editions, with scheduling in one and pay and bill in another. Isimio is one product with recruitment, scheduling and pay and bill on every plan, published prices, and a team that tailors it for you.
Bullhorn is an established company with a broad product range, and for some agencies it is the right choice. This page sets out where the two differ.
We know Sirenum well. Our founder built it.
Amnon Kruvi designed and built Sirenum, the Salesforce scheduling product that Bullhorn acquired in 2021 and now offers as Bullhorn Workforce Management. He left before the acquisition.
Isimio is what came next: recruitment, scheduling, compliance and finance built as one product from the start, with a support team you can call directly. Read the story.

Tailored by the people who build it
On the Managed plan, our own team implements Isimio and keeps customising it as you grow, with customisation hours included every month. You talk to the people who write the product.
Prefer to use an implementation partner? The Unmanaged plan costs less per user, because the partner does the work instead of us. Either way, you choose who works on your system.
Prices you can see before the call
Unmanaged starts at £25 / $33 and Managed at £80 / $105 per CRM user per month. Workers use the app, with up to 50 included per CRM user. Prices do not include applicable taxes.
We have never applied an annual or mid-contract price increase to existing customers.
Full pricing →Switching can mean keeping your org
Both products run on Salesforce. When Savanna Staff Solutions moved to Isimio from Bullhorn, we kept their existing Salesforce environment, so there was no data migration.
Every org is different, so we'll look at yours and tell you what switching involves before you commit to anything.

“I believe this is the best tool on the market.”
When Bullhorn is the better choice
- 1
You rely on VMS integrations. Bullhorn advertises more than a hundred of them. We don't have any yet, and we'd rather tell you that now than on a sales call.
- 2
You run executive search. Bullhorn has a dedicated Executive Search edition. Isimio is built for temporary and shift-based work.
- 3
You want one large vendor across everything. Bullhorn sells front office, middle office, onboarding, messaging and analytics products. If buying everything from one large vendor matters most to you, that is a good reason to choose them.
Questions to ask any vendor
Including us. Get the answers in writing.
- →Which edition do we need for scheduling, timesheets and pay and bill, and what does each one cost?
- →What is the total for year one, including implementation, and what will year two cost?
- →Who customises the system after go-live, and at what rate?
- →Can we see the roadmap for the specific product we are buying?
Questions we get asked
Is Isimio connected to Bullhorn or Sirenum?
No. Isimio is built and owned by Kruvi Solutions Limited and is not affiliated with Bullhorn. Our founder designed and built Sirenum and left before Bullhorn acquired it in 2021. Isimio is a separate product.
Do we have to migrate our data to switch from Bullhorn?
Not necessarily. Both products run on Salesforce, so moving to Isimio can mean keeping your existing Salesforce environment rather than migrating it. That is what we did for Savanna Staff Solutions. We will confirm what it looks like for your org before you commit.
Can we keep Bullhorn's ATS and use Isimio for scheduling and pay and bill?
Talk to us. Isimio already connects to several Salesforce ATS products, and we can scope connecting it to Bullhorn's.
How do the prices compare?
Bullhorn doesn't publish prices for Recruitment Cloud, so we can't give you a like-for-like figure. Ours are published: Unmanaged from £25 / $33 per CRM user per month and Managed from £80 / $105, with workers on the mobile app included. We have never applied an annual or mid-contract price increase to existing customers. Ask both of us for a written quote covering year one and year two.
